Training Provision
The various courses listed here can contribute to the continuing professional development of your organisation and employees by building on existing good practice and improving performance through ongoing learning and support.
Our training is provided by the LGBT Excellence Centre as well as other organisations and consultants that come from the LGBT sector to provide an unmatched wealth of sexual orientation and gender identity focussed knowledge, expertise, tools, support, and resources.
The training courses are designed to be practical, stimulating and informative and are reviewed every year to reflect the changing needs of the organisations and people that we work with. We collate feedback after each training session and discuss it with each trainer to make sure that we provide quality and value for your money.
Most of the training courses can be tailored to meet the needs of your business or project and we are always happy to discuss your requirements in detail to ensure that you get exactly what you need.
